Shipment
USEFUL INFO
All our shipments are made with BRT, GLS, DHL and UPS couriers.
Shipping costs may vary in particular promo periods and sales.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be of the type DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to the payment of VAT on the purchase price.
Shipments are insured against damage or loss.
This insurance is free for all customers for any destination and will be valid until the time of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
Italy (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three working days of shipment.
EU European countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within four working days of shipment.
Rest of the World: delivery is tentatively expected within 6 working days of shipment.
During the sales period, deliveries will be expected within 72 working hours. There may be delays due to major causes, such as adverse weather conditions or customs deadlines.
All shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value in Euros of the individual items.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery.
Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL, UPS, GLS or BRT Office and to BrandsBrokers SRL, by sending an e-mail to our customer service (info@brandsbrokers.com). In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the shipment is automatically considered accepted and any complaints will not be accepted.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to BrandsBrokers SRL will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to BrandsBrokers SRL at the Customer's expense. In this case it will be the responsibility of BrandsBrokers SRL to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
The state and shipping address that customers indicate on the order must be correct. BrandsBrokers SRL reserves the right to cancel and cancel orders if customers enter a different country than the address indicated in the order.
BrandsBrokers SRL reserves the right to ask the customer for higher shipping costs for orders containing items that could increase the weight and/or packages, and consequently the shipping costs. Costs will be calculated using the DHL, UPS, GLS or BRT platforms
